1. When will I get my license code?

If you successfully place an order online, a receipt email containing the license code will be sent to you immediately.
 

2. No license code received?

If you do not receive a license code within 24 hours, please first check your spam email folder.

 

Your email providers might completely block our email by simply deleting it. Please contact us to verify that your order has been successfully processed.

 

3. No physical shipment?

There is NO physical shipment (no CD) option at the moment. Please keep your email receipt for your records.
